James Alan Stiver, Sandy Lake, Pa., Lamb-Raper - The Petition Site
James Alan Stiver, a Sandy Lake Pa man, snuck into a neighbors barn late at night and raped a lamb. The owner heard the screams of the lamb and walked in on the terrible scene. The lamb was so badly injured it had to be euthanised.
