Petition: Animal neglect in Buenos Aires zoo. - The Petition Site: "In November 2008 we traveled in Argentina and visited the Zoo in Buenos Aires. We were shocked to see the great wiled animals normally living in groups - locked in small solitary cages.
The chimpanzee is the one that we can%u2019t forget. She is locked in a tiny cement and glass prison, leaning on the glass window with a clear expression of slow death. She gave up hope. She gave up life."

when i travel argentina i also went to the zoo and saw the same thing you're telling here. Personally i don't support zoo's, i mean, most of the times animals in there are not in the best environment, and that's why, even though i like to see those beautiful creatures i refrain to go to those places.
