Hello I would like to tell you of the horrible treatment of the elephants in the circus. Bullhooks, electric prod's and various other implements of torture and abuse occur during their training. I want to make it known that these beautiful majestic animal's are performing in these circus's not of their own free will but fear. Fear of punishment, fear of the trainer. I have recently found that trainer Tim Frisco is one of those people. I have read so much on his abusive tactic's and now on a baby elephant by the name of Val. I am here to do something about this. I need your help. With your signatures as help we can close this travisty down once and for all. please let the USDA know that this kind of abuse of young, vulnerable baby elephants violates the Animal Welfare Act's requirement for safe and humane handling of animals
